🏁 ALL GAS / NO BREAKS — Competition
ALL GAS / NO BREAKS is a team-based hybrid fitness competition designed to test endurance, strength, teamwork, and strategy under pressure.
🔹 Format
Teams of 5.
- Men’s & Women’s categories only.
- Time Cap: 60 minutes.
- Entry Fee: €200 per team
- Prize: €400 for the winning team in each category.
🔹 Core Concept
- One team member must be running at all times (on a treadmill)
- Total team running distance: 9km
- Athletes rotate through heavy functional stations.
- Runner changes only after a full station is completed.
🔹 Workout Structure
- Event begins with a 2,000m team Ski buy in (1 athlete working at a time)
- Running starts only once the ski distance is complete.
- Teams then complete a series of strength and conditioning stations, including:
- 200m Sled push & pull (team rotation)
- 100 Burpee broad jumps (synchro 2 work 2 rest rotation)
- 2000m Rowing (1 work 3 rest rotation)
- 400m Farmers carries (1 work 3 rest rotation)
- 100 Walking lunges (synchro 2 work 2 rest rotation)
- 200 Wall balls (synchro 2 work 2 rest rotation)
🔹 Key Rules
- Stations must be completed in order.
- All movements are strictly judged.
- If the 9km is finished first, the fifth athlete may join station work format.
- If stations are finished first, all five athletes may run in rotation until the 9km is complete.
