Just 8 days to go until the Athgarvan GAA & LGFA Fun Run 🏃‍♂️☀️

We’re really looking forward to welcoming everyone back to the Curragh again this year for what should be a brilliant community morning.

This year we’ve added a brand new Kids 1K Dash for ages 7–12 on a safe grass course, with medals and goodie bags for all the young runners 🎉

Whether you’re taking on the 5K, 10K, Kids Dash, or just coming along to support, there’s something for everyone.

🔵 FOUNDERS CUP 2026 - RESULTS 🔵

After a long and hugely successful day here at Athgarvan Pitch & Putt Club we wrap up our Founders Cup for 2026 🏆

A massive thank you to all the 120+ players who travelled and played in some difficult conditions throughout the day 🌦️ and to the people that didn't play and still supported us thank you very much!

Special mention must go to all the committee, helpers & grounds care team who have put in a tremendous amount of hours over the past 4 weeks 🙏

To our sponsor of cups, paper towels etc. Premiere Wholesale Naas thank you very much it goes along way 🙏

Congratulations to all our winners on your well deserved prizes 👏

We hope to see you all again for our John Redmond Memorial Scratch Cup on Sunday 16th August 😃
