Kilbehenny Fitness is the newest fitness club in Kilbehenny. We have early morning classes before peoples commute to work and we also have evening classes. We will have 1 Midday class per week subject to demand. For January we will have 4 classes running per week. Whether you are a total beginner to exercise, or just looking to improve another aspect of your fitness we will have a class suited to
you and can help you achieve your goals. Our classes include Aerobics, HIIT (Beginner and Advanced Levels), Boxfit, Circuit Training & Strength and Flexibility. We provide dietary advice to help you achieve your weight goals. All Sessions are limited to 12 people per class to make sure every attendee gets personal attention and everyone gets to work to their own ability. Our monthly packages cater for all!!!!!! We have a 1 class a week for €40 per month. We have a 2 class a week pack for €70 a month. Unlimited Classes for the Month is only €99!!!!! As places are limited BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL.
