Hi everyone, we wish to inform you all that myself & Sabrina have come to the difficult decision to move on from the gym.

With our ever busy schedules we couldn't continue to give it the care & consideration it deserves. We really wanted to keep it going for our dedicated friends in the community & didnt want to let it go for that reason only., When the opportunity arrose for someone to take it over & keep it going as a gym, we felt ready to part ways.

Stan has been our landlord for the last 4 or 5 years and is willing to continue where we left off. I would encourage everyone to continue to support him to ensure the gym stays in the town & to allow Stan time to develop at the premises. Everything will run the same for now. The family like environment shall remain 👏. Any queries you may have, you can contact Stan going forward +353 87 258 9174.

With all that said, from the bottom of our hearts, we would like to Thank every individual that walked through our doors, for supporting us, for taking care of the place, locking up, cleaning, taking memberships and everything else, there's too many throughout our 10 years to Thank individually.

For the friendships we have gained throughout the years, all the stories, the tears of laughter and sadness, we have been through it all together and we are forever grateful to have made life long friendships from our time at Fit Factory Kilbeggan. We wish you all the very Best life has to offer. See you around

Anyone who would like to get a workout program designed for them and a full run through of the program I will be doing 2 morning sessions next TUESDAY & THURSDAY at 6.30am if anyone is keen.

Especially coming into the summer months its so important to follow a structured program designed to suit your goals.

On behalf of myself, Sabrina, Apryl and Ryan and all at Fit Factory kilbeggan we would like to send our condolences to the McDonagh/Dinnegan family on the passing of Eamonn. This week has been one of the hardest weeks we have ever had to endure. We have lost 2 amazing men from our gym in one weekend. Please can we all look after each other and live each day to the fullest. Debbie we have you and beautiful Casey in our thoughts and prayers. If you need anything we will be there for ye anytime...

Fit Factory kilbeggan will be closed tomorrow Friday 18th for the funeral between 10am and 11am.
