We provide 2 activities for ½ a day or 4 activities for full day.

Is your sports team in need of some hardcore training? We train all levels from U-15s to senior teams from all over Ireland. Our courses are designed to challenge athletes both physically and mentally as well as promote team building skills, leadership, comradery and endurance.
