I haven’t been on here in a while… a few things have changed.

But I wanted to talk about something a lot of people don’t say out loud (as I’m sitting in the car trying to talk myself out of going in)👇

Going into a commercial gym for the first time or even trying a new class on your own can feel intimidating.

And honestly… even for me, after 10 years as a personal trainer,
walking back into a commercial gym after being away for a while felt the same.

You feel like people are looking at you.
Like you don’t really know where to go.
Like you’re a bit out of place.

But the reality is…

Nobody actually cares.

Everyone’s focused on themselves , their workout, their progress, their own stuff.

And once you go once or twice, that feeling fades quickly.

If anything, being around other people training, pushing themselves…
it gives you that extra bit of motivation.

So if you’ve been putting it off because you feel intimidated , that’s normal.

Just don’t let it stop you.

Because after a few sessions… it just becomes routine.
