Upper body - We push and we pull. Today we push ✨

Fourth exercise; 15kg moving for reps of 7, going to make these feel easy for sets of 3 keeping a few reps the tank, then take it from there πŸ”₯
On my second upper day these are first so I’ll push for at least 8/9 when I’m freshhhhπŸ’₯

Yes I train upper just as much as lower, clearly not as good with zeee angles πŸ€“ So do not neglect upper body work ladies, it will 100% transfer over to lower body πŸ™Œ

If you want to get better at something make a solid plan and stick to it, consistency errryday.

Tried these earlier today but they felt like πŸ’©
Bit of tough love and and being persistent AF, they went up for 5 πŸ₯³ Felt much easier last week when they weren’t post spin class. I’m very much listen to your body but some days you just gotta detach yourself from your emotions and get on with it 😈

Seriously though, you should be bracing (core tight) and breathing correctly when lifting. Obviously the heavier the load the more important this becomes πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ

It’s so simple but sooo effective, just do itttt πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ
