We are excited to launch our new summer schedule for CrossFit Teens classes. Running every Tuesday and Thursday at 11 am.
These sessions are designed to develop:
-Strength and movement fundamentals
-Conditioning and athletic development
-Safe, coached exposure to barbell, gymnastics and conditioning work.
-A team environment that keeps training fun and consistent.
Whether your teen is new to training or already active in sport, these classes are a structured way to improve fitness over the summer months while staying engaged and moving well.
