I was finishing up in the gym when I looked over and saw my son Josh, only five, doing “his workout” on the rower. 🥹

He loves coming here. He sees exercise as something enjoyable, strength as something to be proud of, and the gym as a normal part of life.

I’ve coached thousands of people over nearly 15 years, and I’ll always be proud of the physical transformations. But one of my favourite parts of this job, that I didnt expect, is seeing how the impact reaches far beyond the person I’m coaching.

When a parent becomes stronger, healthier and more confident, their family sees it.

Their children see them making time for themselves. They learn that exercise isn’t a punishment for how you look, it’s something you do because your body deserves to be looked after.

Meals begin to change. Weekends become more active. Confidence comes home with them.

We often think one person is joining the gym, but the positive impact can reach an entire family.

And watching my own little boy copy what he sees around him has reminded me just how much our environment shapes us.

He thinks he’s only doing his workout.

But to me, this is something much bigger. ❤️

Gorey small group client Ciara has been on an incredible journey over the last few months.

She,like so many,joined us as a gym newbie.
Putting yourself out there,joining a gym,and starting your fitness journey can be extremely intimidating.
We get it✔️

To see her flourish had been amazing.
She is always smiling and bringing great vibes to our evening sessions😃
Her strength levels have been rising steadily📈
Not to mention increases in her cardio fitness.

To drop 28lbs (thats 2 stone in old money) has been the icing on the cake.

It ha been brilliant to watch her journey so far.
