Junior Kung Fu classes ages 8-12years are full of fun and games, designed around improving the students concentration, coordination and confidence.

Our Qi Gong warmup focuses on flexibility, mobility and general wellbeing so the student begins to understand what their bodies can do.

The emphasis on physical training strengthens their bodies. Not only to achieve higher levels in Kung Fu but also offers cross training for their other sports and activities.
