Every cox has a different style and way of encouraging their crew during an important race... Cox Patrick Lawless from St.Patricks Rowing Club in Dublin definitely made sure that his crew gave every last bit they had in them on those final stretches to the 2014 finish line! Good news if you are 16/17 years old. After a committee meeting last night it was decided to allow juniors to join the club, so if you have seen the posts before and wanted to give it a go but we're to young get in touch now.
