Before the Cork jersey was even up for auction, our lads got something even better… time and words from a Cork football legend 🔴⚪️

We were honoured, to welcome Noel O’Leary down to meet our Féile team and present the signed Cork Senior Hurling Jersey.

Noel was unbelievably generous with his time, had great chats with the boys and gave a brilliant speech full of encouragement, stories and advice.

These are the moments Féile is all about … creating memories, inspiring young players and giving them moments they’ll remember long after the final whistle.

Huge thanks to Noel for coming down and making such an impact on the team. A real gent and a fantastic ambassador for Cork football ❤️🤍

We had some very special guests in the office today! 🏆✨

A massive congratulations and welcome to the Cork Féile Football Champions, re! The lads popped into the office before they head up to Derry next weekend to represent Cork in the All-Ireland Féile Championships.

We are absolutely delighted to be supporting the team on their journey. Best of luck to all the players and management—we’ll be cheering you on and following every step of your progress next weekend!

Now lads… this is lovely and all… but unfortunately this means expectations have risen from “go out and enjoy yourselves” to “play like it’s the last 10 minutes in Páirc Uí Chaoimh and ye’re one point down.”

Most of us know that drinking alcohol excessively can have harmful effects. Did you know that alcohol has been proven by research to have been involved in cancer cases in men, and women to a lesser extent, in Ireland?

For recommendations on how to drink less, the Action Man manual is a great tool to consider.
Some examples include using smaller glasses if drinking at home, and avoiding 'rounds'.
