Great 5k at Claremorris track tonight (after the rain cleared!). Good conditions for a run and lots of PBs which was great to see 🚀
Congratulations to our new member Matthew who followed up his first triathlon on Sunday with his first win tonight 🏆
Well done to Holly in 2nd and Claire in 3rd 👏 👏
Thanks to Gail and Kenneth doing timekeeping which isn’t easy with 20+ people flying round the track!

And that’s the end of our Time Trial Series for another year. 3 great routes. 6 rounds. Lots of fun.

Huge congratulations to Tri Lakes member Gary Higgins who has qualified for the 2026 Ironman 70.3 World Championship. Gary raced today in Warsaw, coming 6th in his age category. The World championships will take place in Nice, France in September. Wishing you the very best of luck Gary💪🏼💪🏼
