TAKING TIME ~ Now that our open water season is over it is time to switch off, lay low and retreat inwards for the winter. Not that there will be much rest with these two gorgeous little humans but my main focus will be to just be fully present as a mother with them and have as much fun as possible! See you all in the New Year, with new light, renewed energy and more watery adventures 💙

EPIC ~ Looking out on the great expansive Atlantic Ocean between Inis Meáin & Inis Óirr and sending Damian Browne] the very best as he completes his AMAZING rowing feat! If you haven’t heard, Damian Browne] began this journey 112 days ago from New York! It is expected he will arrive into Galway docks Tuesday morning so please show your support if you can and cheer him home as he takes his final strokes!

THANK YOU ~ What a lovely evening we had at the A special night to take time to reflect on all that has been achieved this season and all that is possible from here 💙 An opportunity to thank our gorgeous community of swimmers and time to show appreciation for our amazing team of coaches, safety crew & shore marshals. So many special conversations and so grateful that we can all meet in person again. And now from here we will continue to grow, learn, swim, love the water and do what we can to protect what we love! 💦

SWIM SAFETY ~ Yesterday evenings conditions were challenging for our swimmers & coaches. Before we consider any session in the and in particular on a windy day we stay in constant contact to assess the changing weather to ensure we can deliver the safest session possible 💙
