The Galway Acting Class is a remarkable opportunity to get up and build your confidence in performing pieces, developing character work and understanding the mind of an actor. Beyond the practice of reading every week and getting real-world notes, you will be able to start to understand what the casting director is looking for, and every aspect of the audition process and we will take you through it. Most of the sessions you will work with group of by yourself, working with different material each week. You’ll explore pieces from films, TV dramas, and comedy, along with those challenging 1/2 page roles. While this is not an audition or employment opportunity and there is no suggestion or guarantee of an audition or employment as a result of taking any of these classes, you’ll have the chance to be deep in the work with professionals and your fellow actors.
