Congratulations to Fiona Fiona Soards and Fatima on their respective promotions to brown and purple belt 🟤🟤🟤🟣🟣🟣

Fiona is a pillar of our coaching team and runs our ladies class. If there were belts for grafting, she’d be a coral belt already.

Fatima has progressed in leaps and bounds since joining us - training consistently, testing herself in competition and has become a valued training partner.

Congratulations also to our white belts who were awarded stripes.

What’s the schedule?
The course takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm over 8 weeks at our state of the art facility in Liosbaun, Galway City.

What’s included in the course?
The course includes:
• 16 beginners-only sessions with expert brown and black belt instructors
• a month of full membership with access to all of our classes once the 8 weeks are finished!

The course costs €120. Spaces are limited.
