Krav-Maga is a system containing elements of effective self-defense, knife and club combat, shooting tactics, hand-to-hand combat, combat, intervention techniques, Retzef, ground wrestling, ground and clinch fighting. The two main components of Krav Magic are self-defense and hand-to-hand combat. The cornerstone of Krav-magi is self-defense, which includes techniques designed to allow individuals to defend themselves from attack, minimize damage and, consequently, defeat the opponent. This basic part of Krav-Magic allows you to learn the movements that allow you to defend yourself against an armed or unarmed opponent in a variety of positions: standing, sitting and lying down. On the other hand, hand-to-hand combat is the part of Kravagia that affects the more advanced. It provides knowledge and skills to quickly and effectively incapacitate the opponent. This stage of Krav-magi combines combat elements combined with tactics, feints, dodges, combining various types of attacks, psychological aspects of combat, which are developed during exercises that allow you to keep your blood cool in case of a threat.
