Enjoy the process.
When people ask you the same question often, don't get annoyed.
Be glad you have the answer.
Learn off the things to make your job easier.
Repeat this often.
Become the expert.
If you can't, know who is and refer.
Do this and make tomorrow better.
Again, enjoy the process, we'll have more days at work than not.

Goals can change.
What you valued before might not be what you value now.
That's OK.
In the past, I wanted to be a fitness model, with sponsorships, pro cards and other such things.
I thought that was the pinnacle of 'gym going'.
That changed in time when I realised two thing...
1. That's not who I want to be.
2. I wouldn't have the genetics and work ethic to that end goal specifically...
Or in other words...
I loved pints and minstrels to much πŸ˜…πŸΊβ€
But it led me here!
So by having a goal like that, any goal...
Will help you find what you are really passionate about.
So my advice would be, if there's something you're interested in, just dive in.
Start the lessons.
.
Take the classes.
.
Take the action and make the move.
You'll find what's for you when you get yourself out there and try things.

The new gym is going well, I'm enjoying the new challenges that it brings, along with being able to work with more people a day/week.
Still feels a little surreal.🀯

What a week.
I just want to thank say you for everyone who joined and continued to support me/us here at foundation.
It has been absolutely fantastic to see you all in person again.
It's hard to replicate the in-person experience of a gym and I'm glad I can now offer you this space to do it safely and have fun doing it!
I'm also looking forward to the new faces that are to come. (I'll be reaching out to the waiting list this week)

So it's official!
With the gyms set to reopen, I'm officially opening a private studio, offering small group training and 1-1.
It's something I've wanted to do for a long time and now it's happening.
The facility is where I hosted my 'Queen of Lean' in the past so a few of you may be familiar with it.
(Lots of parking and showers available)
Myself and Thomas have combined powers (and expertise) and we are set to open in June.
We'll be making those who trained with us over lockdown a priority and then we'll be opening our bookings to the public.

If you want to get a consistent and sustainable approach to food and exercise without restriction, this is the place for you.

With a fondess developed for running and a treadmill invested in, she eliminated all excuses and hasn't looked back.
Ally is a busy mom and make up artist, providing lots of helpful content, tutorials and reviews, yet checks in for every run and has been incredibly consistent over the last 5 months.
A big takeaway here is when it comes to exercise, we usually want to know what the best one is...
It's the one that you enjoy the most (or hate the least) so try different forms and see what one is for you!
The more likely you are to do it, the more consistent you can become.
This has been a perfect example of that!

This lady has a super busy schedule, but we found the right habits and made them stick!
Very happy with how she has done!πŸ™Œ
Finding what's best for the individual is key, we all have different lives and different triggers, there is no one plan for everyone.
Make sure that is considered when deciding to invest in yourself πŸ‘Œ

Nothing like being sucked into a good book that you can't put down.
This one in particular is 'Mans Search For Meaning'.
About Vitor Frankels time in a N**i Concentration camp and the methods he used to find a purpose to be positive about while being in the grimest of realities.
Fascinating stuff 🀯

It's hard to beat a midweek day off work and the sun is shining too !
The thing is, you might be working towards a goal?
Feel like some drinks might get in the way?

So let's say you're daily calorie intake is 2000 (for simple maths sake πŸ˜…)
It's Tuesday now so you want to 'be good' as you have a few sociable drinks coming up tomorrow and you don't want to undo your progress...
Let's park the rabbit food idea and simply shave 130 calories a day off of your daily calories today and for a five days after Paddys day...
You're eating 1870 a day in those 5 days, very doable if you were having 2000.
That will allow the 650 calories we may use on a bottle of wine to play with tomorrow!
That's your bottle of wine!
You're welcome!

Pino Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc??

PPS you could also just eat as normal and have the wine, progress will be delayed and that's absolutely fine when we want to enjoy occasions, but just be mindful of that and you're winning 😁
