Over all a great day of boxing in Castlerea at the Connacht novice finals on Saturday Corribboxing club won 4 titles. .
First up was Martin Donavan v Conor Crawley Martin lost his final.
Next was Ben McHugh v Paul O Conor Olympic this was a cracking contest with Ben beating Paul O Conner on a split decision to Claim his 63kg b4 Connacht title .
Amy Carr also had success by beating Sara Mullaney Swinford BC and won her 63kg g4 Connacht title.
Martin Mongan lost his final to John Dempsy Oughterard.
Dillion Spellman won his Connacht title by way of walk over.
Finally Jack Mc Hugh beat Jayden O Conner Monivea Bc to win his 75kg under 18 Connacht title .
Well done to all our boxers it was a great experience and thanks to Gus Farrell for helping me do the corners.
