Today Ballyhaunis lions played vs der neighbors Ballaghaderreen cricket club in the league Match
both team ware going on top of the table so it was must win game for us.
it was most thrilled match we have ever played. Ballyhaunis Lions ware put in for bat first.
despite loss of some big Wickets like LBW of Abdul Satar. we manage to put up respectable total of 238 of 33.4/35
mulana Ibraheem Scored 52 runs opener sunny 45 and hassan alam 32. realy drama was in the 2nd stage of the game
when we went out to defend 238. Abdul Ghafer Showed his pace and got 3 witches in his 1st two over.
but then two batsman's Adnan and Ronan stood on the pitch ronan started hitting all the bowlers and scored big really quick
130 in 15 overs then abdul sater broke der partner ship and got the dangers man ronan but the damage was done and
we were in trouble but our bowlers didnt give up soon abdul satar got the 2 new batsman's out which ware der main batsman's.
then ballagh cap joined us on the crease. they need only 3.8 runs an over from der they brought the game real close.
but der ware more turns in the game. shakir got the wicket of the set batsman Adnan who scored 50+ then in next over
two wickets on two balls which turn the game back on the line now der was one wicket but ballagh only needed 12 runs
from 20 balls. in this tough match our new rising leg spin bowler Fasil bhie came through for the team he created the
opportunity but an easy catch was droped on point. we knew we still have chance until der is 1 run to go so we carried
on with the game looking forward for next opportunity. now bllagh needed 7 runs from 12 balls on the 3rd ball in 2nd last
over which was again bowled by fisal bhie (beautifully) ball went straight up it was only (Hassan) keepers catch
he started tacking off his helmet and hole team + our supporter off the ground our harts came out ( what is he doing? why? OMG.)
but he was real quick with his move and safely caught the ball and we all went crazy. Ballyhaunis lions won by 4 Runs .

What a weekend of Cricket. Perfect weather for perfect Results. Pakistan Cricket Team Won ICC champions Trophy 2017 from india.
AND
Ballyhaunis Lions Won League Match from der Senior Team Ballyhaunis CC by 76 runs.
summery of the match is
Ballyhaunis Lions won the toss and elected to bat first in 40 overs game. we lost our two openers very quick soon after more wickets. we ware 35/4 in 10 overs. then momentum changed when Zameer bhie went in and started bashing the ball all over the ground his quick 69 runs brought life in to our innings then our star from last game Abdul satar continue his good form and score 40 runs for his side. real hero of the game was Zia Shafiq who wasn't even in the lineup until our top order collapsed. he made sure we play all our 40 overs and scored his first median 100* for BLCC. have to mention he played with cast on his injured fingers from last game. very well supported by captain Kashif Akbar. in result Blcc got 307 of 40 ov.
even tho we had very good total on the board Ballyhaunis cc didnt make it easy for us to defend. from der side Abdul shafiq respectably scored 71 and wahab ul hassan 56. our side fielded good pick from the fielders was Qasim Naizr g8 effort. also kashif caught a very good catch.
Ballyhaunis cc ware all out on 230 of 36.3 overs and Ballyhaunis Lions won by 76 runs.
Good game from both sides.

Ballyhaunis Lions went to Galway to play Der 1st match of the league and came home with some great results. BLCC got the chance to bat first . Asad Mehmood and Sunny Ihsan gave a very good start to innings partnership of 123 runs in 15 overs Asad Bhie got out on 50 and sunny followed him bit later falling on 46. After that it was show of our 1 down star Abdul Sattar his 1st madein 100 for our club . It was really boom boom knock . In the end BLCC got 282/4 of 30 ov.
In response County Galway Cricket Club didn't make it easy to defend our total cap kashif gave us brake through. Wicket for Abdul Ghaffar and Shakir each. 2 for Imran Khan. luckily 3 run outs in tolal Galway fell 200/8 of 30 ov giveing Blcc Der 1st league win by 82 runs
