its not for attention. I just want to highlight how I feel.

most of us spend years chasing money success material things some small some big.

But the moment your health goes everything else feels less important.

The ability to walk without pain. To sleep peacefully. To wake up with energy.
These are things we ofter overlook until there gone.

You see I've being dealing with illness all my life but I also recovered lived my life normally until my next attack.
But being on dialysis is a different story it's the toughest thing physically and mentally y I ever went threw.

I had 2 brothers on dialysis, I remember my brother Patrick was on dialysis I never realised how bad it was.
I suppose that's common people just don't no' until it knocks on your door. my brother Michael was also on dialysis.
Both my brothers passed away.

I'm determined to get my transplant please god, For my family and for my brothers.

Take care of yourselves health is the greatest investment you have

STILL COUNTING CALORIES?
It's not about eating less , it's about eating right.
without need to track and starve.

Your body does not count calories.
It responds to signals, hunger, cravings, energy, fat storage all driven by hormones: Ghrelin, cortisol.

Eating 500 calories of steak vs 500 calories of cake and your body will react differently.

Use a low carb diet as a metabolic tool not a calories restriction tool
By having a low carb and high protein nutrient dense approach works because.

it lowers insulin levels
improves fat burning
keeps you full naturally

Today feb 28 is rare disease day.
300 million people world wide are living with a rare disease.
Rare disease affects millions yet reserch and funding is limited.
I m here spreading awareness as I and members of my family have a very rare condition. called Tumor necrosis factor short term (trapps) it was diagnosed thew my family in 1982 through bloodwork. I guess that's where the name came from my boy Sammy also has it. Big shout to the people who has a rare disease. stay well 😊
