Miss Laurie's Classes

Miss Laurie's Classes School of Creative Dance/Music and Fitness for toddlers to 6 year olds founded by Miss Laurie. Classes range in age from toddler to 8 years.

Here is brief description of each class:

Jitterbugs (1-3 years) Come dance, sing, and perhaps learn a yoga posture or 2 with me and the Jitterbugs! This interactive class will have mom (dad, granny, auntie, or guardian) and your toddler exploring, tapping, jumping, and laughing throughout! Tippy Toe Ballet (3 - 4 years) - Your little ones will grow in independence as they use their imagination

and creativity to enhance their movement with basic ballet and creative dance steps! Singing and laughing along the way! SuperHeroTraining (4-8 years) - This fun filled class will teach kids to be healthy and fit by following a SuperHero's regime! SuperHeroTraining combines strength, flexibility, and agility through fun activities that are safe for your child's growing bodies! The class will explore movement through music, stimulate students' imagination and promote creativity! SuperHeroTraining will also give them an understanding of the classroom community, improve social skills and develop fine and grossmotor skills all while having fun! Miss Laurie is dedicated to teaching children the art of dance and fitness in a fun and modern way. Younger children will learn with imagery based and creative movement using props and classical music. Older children will learn contemporary technique using props and popular
music. All classes are designed to grow with the child's ability and agility in a non-competitive environment.

These 2 are off to pre-school now .. but are friends forever because of Jitterbugs! I love watching these littles become biggies and spread their wings! It’s such a privilege to be a small part of this beautiful time!
