Please check the website for information on available classes and to put yourself on our waitlist. We will be offering open gym dates to anyone on the waitlist beginning in the next couple of weeks so keep an eye out for this!

Congratulations to RGC Senior Kate Molloy 👏
Representing Ireland, Kate qualified to the uneven bars final at the Salamunov Memorial in first place and brought home the gold with a fantastic score of 11.9

The Irish Junior Womens Team took the team gold and there were 11 individual medals between the Juniors & Seniors. Huge congratulations to Roisín, Lauren, Estella, Mimi, Bláthnaid & Maeve 🇮🇪

A huge shout out to minor JJ Peters who competed in her first ever international placing 11th out of 88 gymnasts 🥳

🥳 Congratulations & Good Luck 🍀

RGC are proud to announce that gymnasts Robyn, Ella, Roisín & Vangeline have been selected to represent the Connaught region at the upcoming Ireland Games.
The gymnasts have been working hard in their squad sessions and joined the rest of the Connaught squad for the launch last Thursday.

The Ireland Games take place this month in Dublin, save the date!

We are wishing the gymnasts the very best in their final preparations. Thanks to and Special Olympics Connaught for the selection and opportunity.

The Floor has been running for 11 years and RGC were the first team ever to work with a parachute! The panel were so impressed 👏

🗞 Supporting your daughter in gymnastics through her teenage years - advice for parents

Many girls drop out of gymnastics as they move into their teenage years. Between balancing training with increasing school pressures, exploring other hobbies, and navigating teenage friendships, girls can find it difficult to see where gymnastics fits in with their changing identities despite still enjoying it.
On top of this, many girls feel there is a ceiling to their progression in gymnastics and begin to question their place in the sport as their bodies change during puberty.

This guide shares helpful tips for parents who are looking to support their daughters to continue their journey in gymnastics during this time in their lives.

📢 As part of we are proud to announce that Performance Nutritionist and Coach Nicole Shaw will be hosting a gymnast workshop on Saturday February 21st here in RGC from 2pm - 3pm.

Pre-booking is essential and tickets are available on the Portal.

👩‍🎓 Nicole has a Masters degree in Sports & Nutrition and a bachelors degree in Physiology. She was an athlete for many years and is now a level 2 Tumbling coach and judge.

Nicole will be touching on general nutrition advice for young athletes, and nutrition for competition 💪

This workshop is most appropriate to gymnasts in our competitive and participation streams. Gymnasts aged 9 or under attending must be accompanied by a parent.
