CrossFit Kids Sundays is back!
We’re kicking off a new 5-week block running from November 16th to December 14th 💪🏼

We’re offering two separate classes based on age:
- Ages 5-7: 10am - 10.45am
- Ages 8-12: 11am - 11.45am

Got kids in both groups? We can keep them together if you prefer - just let us know!!!
