We’re delighted to officially welcome two new coaches to the Fit Lane team, Lorna and Cian 👏

They’ve just wrapped up their first week with us and it’s been a great start. The feedback from members has been brilliant, and they’ve both settled in exactly how we’d hoped.

Lorna brings a huge passion for training and helping others. As a busy mum, she understands real life, real challenges, and how to make fitness work around it. She’s already making a big impact on the floor, supporting and encouraging members every session.

Cian comes from a strong GAA background and brings serious energy to the team. He’s focused, enthusiastic, and very driven when it comes to helping people achieve their goals. He’s also big into his own self-development, which is exactly what we look for in a coach.

Both will be Coaching and working alongside us to continue delivering the standard of coaching Fit Lane is known for.

🚲🧘‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️Variety matters – *Believe us* SO many different styles are available in Fit Lane. Our sessions include different movements and training styles, so you’ll find what works best for you.

Great question! Here’s what you’ll need for a fitness class at Fit Lane:

👚Comfortable workout clothes: Wear something that allows you to move freely. Think breathable, flexible fabrics. - Whatever you feel good in.
💦A water bottle: Staying hydrated is key to feeling your best during the session. 💧
👟Training shoes: Supportive footwear is important to keep you comfortable and safe.
😅Towel: You may break a sweat, so bring a small towel to wipe your face and hands.
🔋Positive energy and a willingness to challenge yourself! 😊

Don’t worry—if you forget something or need extra support, we’ve got your back. Just bring yourself and a commitment to making progress!
