Galway Hibernians AFC are delighted to confirm that Stephen Walsh and Nathan Ward will return as Junior Manager and Assistant Manager for the upcoming season.

Both Stephen and Nathan have written their own chapter in the club’s history through their dedication and commitment as underage players, junior footballers, and members of our management teams. Their passion for Galway Hibernians and the development of our players continues to be invaluable.

We are delighted to have them leading our Junior side once again and look forward to what promises to be another exciting season ahead.

Alongside his fantastic family, who have given so much to Galway Hibernians over the years, Sean represents everything that is good about our club and community.

P***e Lawless Club Person Of The Year - Jason Hernon 🙌🏆

Jason Hernon was recognised for his outstanding contribution and dedication to Galway Hibernians throughout the season.

Presented by Sean Lawless, whose family’s connection with Galway Hibs runs deep, Jason received his own individual award while also having his name added to the P***e Lawless Club Person Of The Year plaque which hangs proudly inside the clubhouse.

From countless hours of work behind the scenes to helping make matchdays possible in some of the worst weather conditions, Jay’s commitment and dedication to the club never went unnoticed.

A thoroughly deserved recognition for everything he has done for Galway Hibernians both on and off the pitch 🏁

Captain Jason Mc Donagh 👏⚽

Manager’s Player of the Year & Top Goal Scorer

Jason Mc Donagh has been recognised for an outstanding season after picking up both the Manager’s Player of the Year Award and finishing as the Junior Team’s top goal scorer with 14 goals.

A massive player for the team throughout the campaign, consistently delivering quality performances and important goals when it mattered most.

A brilliant season and two fully deserved awards for Jason 🏁
