**Gym community social night🕺🎶 💃 **

Delighted to invite all of my clients to our end of Summer social to get our group together and to thank each of you for all your supoort over the summer months. More info below:

Where: The Office Bar, Salthill (beside The Black Cat resturant)
When: Saturday 13th September
What time: 7pm onwards

There will be finger food bits and drinks (alcoholic or non-alcholic) available for everyone who is able to make it in.

This is a great opportunity to get to spend time with other members of both communities outside of the gym setting (aka no sweaty heads or cursing the trainers 🥵😠🤣).

This invite includes those who have been out injured or haven't been able to make it to class in awhile just in case you think otherwise 👍

Stay for some craic agus ceol or pop in for a chat, it'd be great to see you there 😁

**4 week Indoor Activator Poles Program - Knocknacarra Community Centre - starting Thursday 13th March @12:30**

Hi All,

Here are further details regarding the activator pole program I'll be running in March:
🔸️ Where: Indoor Sports Hall, Knocknacarra Community Center (Cappagh Park)
🔹️What time: 12:30 - 1:30
🔸️Starting: Thursday 13th March @12:30 for 4 consecutive weeks
🔹️How long: 1 hour sessions
🔸️Cost:
• If you bring your own walking poles: €12 pay-as-you-go or €40 for 4 weeks
• If you need to use a set of activator poles: €14 pay-as-you-go or €50 for 4 weeks
• Payment can be made in cash or revolut on the day you arrive to the class

⚠️Important note - booking in advance is essential so I can be sure that there will enough poles for everyone that needs them.

**Homemade Granola Recipe**

Thanks to Aileen for this brilliant recipe for homemade granola that I made for the first time last week (also added in cashew nuts 🤩) - so good in a yoghurt and fruit bowl 👌👌

2cups oats
2/3 cup of buckwheat
2/3 cup almonds / Brazil / pecan
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup or less
1 tbsp cinnamon
Salt at the end

Preheat oven to 160deg.
Mix all the dry ingredients (except the coconut) in a large bowl.
Melt the coconut oil in a pot and add the maple syrup and cinnamon, mix well.
Pour the liquid onto the dry ingredients and mix well
Pour in the mixture into a big tin. Bake at 180 for 25-30min tossing once or twice during cooking.

Turn down the heat a little toward the end so as not to over do it. Should be nice rich brown colour at the end. Grill it for a short time at the end but careful not to burn it. Roast the coconut separately as it burns easily. Add chia seeds and salt at the end.
