What a woman. What a comeback.
Ayshea Ullah, 5x Ireland’s Strongest Woman, returned to the platform after almost 2 years away from competing (and even regular training) — and still stepped up to complete every event in the Masters category at SWI Ireland’s Strongest Woman without issue… casually pulling a 200kg deadlift along the way! 💥
Ayshea has represented Ireland on the international and world stage, standing proudly on the podium multiple times — including 1st place in the Masters category at Worlds. 🌍🥇
She has also made history several times in traditional stone lifting, with the most recent being the legendary “An Creatlach” stone, lifted during the St. Patrick’s Day Festival in Dundrum, Dublin — another incredible achievement added to her already impressive list. 🪨🇮🇪
Her dedication to the sport goes far beyond competing. Ayshea is a key member of the Strongwoman Ireland committee, working tirelessly behind the scenes to grow and support the sport across the country.
Recently she was also awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of her outstanding contribution to Strongwoman in Ireland — a truly well-deserved honour. 👏
Outside of competition, Ayshea is the owner of GSP Gym and a coach to many athletes, helping the next generation of strength athletes reach their potential.
Club training has been a little hit and miss since injury, so it was fantastic to see her back in preparation for Ireland’s Strongest Woman. Seeing her back in action reminded everyone exactly why she’s one of the most respected figures in the sport.
Strength. Leadership. Dedication.
Ayshea embodies everything that Strongwoman stands for.
👏 We’re proud to have her as part of the team.
