Dublin Strength & Conditioning CrossFit training for all ages and fitness levels Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive.

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

November Beginners/Fundamentals
*New Beginners class starting tomorrow November 7th at CrossFit DSC *
We will have a small group beginner's CrossFit class every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm
This is a 3 week course with classes 80 minutes in length PLUS also includes unlimited membership To DSC for the rest of the month of November
This course is perfect for anyone who:
* Is completely new to CrossFit
* Those wanting to understand high Intensity Training a little better
* Fit/strong people who haven't done CrossFit before, but want improve their Strength, Conditioning, Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics.
We will teach you everything you need to know about our training and a perfect way to ease you into the classes with some likeminded people
