Folks, we are back open from tomorrow, Wednesday 2nd December. We will be operating normal opening hours for the gym, Monday to Friday 9a.m. to 9p.m., Saturday & Sunday 10a.m. to 2p.m..

We will have the same restrictions regarding numbers allowed in at any one time as before (max 7) with users limited to 40 minutes per session to make time available for everyone.

Masks MUST be worn when entering and leaving the centre/reception area but can be removed during work out in the gym are only.

All customers are required to have a sweat towel, NO SWEAT TOWEL = NO ENTRY.

As before gym users are asked to wipe down all equipment after each use and to respect everyone’s space as best as possible so as to maintain good social distancing.

There are NO changing rooms, showers or saunas available and Memberships that have been suspended during the lockdown will be re-activated only when members return.

Folks, we have been given permission to begin a phased opening of the centre from next Monday 20th. July. We will be operating normal opening hours but with some restrictions regarding numbers allowed in at any one time. All customers coming in or returning to the centre will have to fill out a COVID questionnaire before being allowed in and we will not have dressing rooms/showers available during the initial phase.

Over the coming days we will post out to all our current members regarding opening the gym, in the meantime we look forward to seeing you all again. Best Regards, John, Karen, Jordan, Dean and all the centre staff
