Hyrox Cardiff over and out ✌️

Delighted with a PB and delighted with how my running has improved! That's all I wanted!!

Something special about that one!
You cant beat doing a hyrox in the principality stadium, running out of the tunnel where world class rugby players have been, it was mad!!

The girls coming with us was the best decision ever, they absolutely loved seeing everyone compete and its good for them to see us doing hard things and pushing through it!!

Now we rest, recover and get even stronger and faster 👊

Couldn't have done it without , the Hogans are truly the best 🙌

I am so genuinely proud of these women and Richie of course for today!

They gave it all, encouraged and smiled all the way through!!

I honestly didn't think 7 years ago when I was thinking of making the move to be a PT that i would be heading away to do a fitness event with a gang from my gym!!

Soooo incredibly proud!!!

Onto the next one now 😉🙌

All fitness levels are welcome but if you are a newbie I would recommend one of the semi PT sessions as they are at a slower pace and more individualised!

Dublin hyrox was a weekend of memories!!

They say when things don't go right you learn alot and I sure did!

48hrs after a hyrox is intense emtions are everywhere and now thats settled I'm so proud I completeted it!

Most ppl say no way straight away when they hear what a hyrox actually is so to anyone that does it WELDONE even if it didn't go to plan or you absolutely smashed it you just completeted something most ppl wont!

Running into wallballs not been able to see out my right eye was intense and as you can see from my last picture, I was in pain and probably a bit of shock!

One thing I learned about myself is im so f***n stubborn and won't give in and thats what made me finish! 🙃

Recovery this week and then all eyes are on Manchester the end of January for a mixed doubles!!!

The hard work is going up a notch now and I will smash a solo in 2026 👊

**NEW CLASS**

This class will start on the 3rd of September, it will be 50-60 minutes and will be mainly strength!!

An unexpected hyrox sim today with 500m runs! It tested me even with the 500m!

Training has been a little all over the place since Berlin! Since been sick, I really found it hard to get back into it, but this has definitely given me the kick up the arse i needed!!!

A little reset, and my mind is 100% in it again!

Make yourself some goals, train hard, and smash them 👊

One week later, and I'm still buzzing about Berlin it was such a great experience, and the location was unbelievable!! We were literally drowned at the end from the rain, but it didn't stop us it just added to the experience!

With the hyrox season coming to an end, it's time to reset, and new goals are loaded!! The next big race won't be till Dublin in November, so 6 months to get strong and fast AF 👊

I do have little mini goals along the way to keep my head in it!

I love have something to work for, it makes the process a little more bareable!
