Last Saturday, we had the privilege of being invited to take part in Summer in the City, a fantastic outdoor project☀️🇮🇪

It was an amazing opportunity to share Capoeira with the people of Limerick, connect with the community, and showcase a little bit of our culture, energy and tradition through movement, music and interaction. 🥁🤸‍♂️

We’re incredibly grateful for the invitation and for everyone who stopped by, joined in, watched and shared the moment with us. ❤️

This past Wednesday, we had the honor of welcoming members from Cork and Galway here in Ennis. It was a special day filled with learning, exchange of experiences, positive energy, and of course, lots of capoeira! We’re grateful to everyone who came and helped make this gathering so memorable.
