Also have access to our state of the art Recovery Centre which includes Hot/Cold Therapy, Infrared Sauna’s & Compression Therapy once a week to keep you fresh and ready to perform.

All athletes will be tested across a number of areas such as Strength, Power, CMJ, Drop Jump, RSI, Eccentric Hamstring Strength etc. to help build an athlete profile making it easier to track progress with no guessing involved.

All programming is personalised and individualised based off test results to keep you progressing.

In the case of an injury don’t worry you will have access to our Sports Rehab Specialist who will be able to assess and customise your programme for a clear return to play based off your athletic profile.

We are Hiring 😁

We are looking to expand our team over the next few weeks as we continue to grow.

We have availability coming up for a part time position initially but this will lead to full time employment for the right candidate.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a VR Fitness coach you will work closely with our team and be at the forefoot of delivering an exceptional service, experience and results to our members.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Someone who has experience working (or interning) as a Strength & Conditioning coach or personal trainer and is qualified with a sports science degree, PT level 2/3 or similar qualification.

YOU MUST:

- Love strength/ fitness and nutrition
- Have a passion for helping people
- Have a desire to develop and get better
- Be hard working and enthusiastic
- Want to become a great coach
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Be well organised and punctual
- Want to build a career in the fitness industry

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If the mainstream fitness industry incompetence frustrates you as much as it does us, and you would like to channel this into something BIGGER as part of a progressive, professional, down to earth and incredibly ambitious team - get in touch.
