Elite Fitness Ennis

Elite Fitness Ennis I offer one on one, group training and classes. I will train people in their homes, in gyms, parks or basically anywhere there is space.

I qualified as a trainer in 2003 and have worked in the fitness industry since then. During this time I have helped countless people achieve their personal fitness goals from improving general fitness, weight loss to excelling at different sports. I have a great interest in exercise and fitness and have been involved in sports from a young age mainly in athletics and martial arts.

Tuesday and Thursday 6pm Tuesday and Thursday 7pm Wednesday and Friday 10am
Please confirm your place.

Pay as you go class 10am Monday.
