As a martial art, our preparation for training begins before we step onto the floor. Wearing our dobok correctly and tying our belt neatly are simple but important ways of showing respect, discipline and attention to detail.

Follow these easy steps, take your time and remember: keep the belt flat, make sure it isn’t twisted and finish with both ends even.

🥋 Quin Taekwon-Do Annual Flag Day

Our annual street collection will take place in Ennis on Saturday, 12th September, from 9:30am to 5:30pm.

This is an important fundraiser that helps support all our club athletes and wider members, and we would really appreciate the help of our members and families.

We are asking volunteers to sign up for a two-hour slot during the day. If you can help, please text Sheena Larkin on 087 755 1736 with your preferred time.

A very special thank you to ITA Administrator, Mr Breandán Dennehy, for the countless hours of work he has put in behind the scenes in preparation for the ITF World Cup.

From answering endless emails and dealing with queries to managing registrations and accommodating last-minute changes, Breandán has handled everything with his usual calm, polite and courteous manner.
