His initial interest began in the 1980's when he trained in Shotokan Karate, achieving Black Belt level. The exploration of internal energies introduced James to Chen Style Tai Chi an

d an association with Master Wang Hai Jun who James has been studying with for many years. Master Wang is a former All China Champion in many Tai Chi disciplines and he now teaches his craft throughout Europe and the USA with regular visits to Ireland. James's innate interest and understanding of internal energy has also resulted in him studying traditional Usui Reiki System and Body Mind Balancing and he is a certified Practitioner of both systems,. The use and practice of these disciplines has afforded James many opportunities to facilitate and encourage many others to connect with their own Internal Energy.

This Free Introductory session is a great opportunity to take part and experience the benefits of this age old Chinese art of Tai Chi.Some of the benefits are better Balance, Posture, Flexibility and muscle tone. Hello I would like thank everyone that took part in the workshop of Tai Chi and meditation today in the Hotel Woodstock It was great to see so many taken part and enjoying the Tai Chi in the morning Thanks to Bob Vernon for leading the meditation in the afternoon which was also very well attended Looking forward to seeing you all to celebrate World Tai Chi day in the end of April details later.
