This 8 weeks is a most for you as it will be the start to your new lifestyle.
In this 8 week programme you will learn the principles of strength training, proper techniques and why you are doing what your doing. every exercise is carried out solely to benefit your fitness gains.
We have two coaches working hands on with each class.
You will also learn how to eat healthy whilst still eating the foods you love.
Our nutrionist will provide daily meal plans for each week.

Recipe lists of all meals
