In our Fundraising activities this year & with your help & support, the County Clare Hunt raised over €10,000 for our very deserving Charities.

✅ The Charity Ride Committee are delighted to have raised over €6,045 for Clare Su***de Bereavement Support Group at our Charity Ride held in Quin on the 19th of March 2022.

Fundraising is vital to Clare Su***de Support Group, in order to continue to provide the many supports and services they offer in Co. Clare.

A massive thank you to the local landowners, stewards, riders & all who supported us in raising these vital funds.

✅ At Quakerstown Point to Point in April a Charity Auction & Pony Race was held, where €4,050 was raised for the Irish Red Cross Ukraine Appeal.

🇺🇦 Red Cross teams are on the ground in Ukraine & will continue their work to repair vital infrastructure, support health facilities & help families with life-saving food & hygiene items.

🧲 Thank you to all who supported these events, sponsored the fantastic auction items, the generous doners, the hardworking members & volunteers, Pony Race Riders & thank you to landowner Gerard Lee & family.

✅ The County Clare Hunt is committed to continue to fundraise for important Charities that make a difference in our communities.

Hunting like all other equestrian sports came to end in early December 2020 due to Covid 19 restrictions.

🧲As a result we were unable to hold our popular Point to Points at Bellharbour & Quakerstown which are one of our main sources of income.
Together with the loss of our Hunt Ball & Hunt Meets we have missed out on much needed funds.

💰The County Clare Hunt has organised this raffle to raise much needed funds for the upkeep of our kennels & other expenses such as feeding & insurance costs which the hunt incurs throughout the year.

Now here’s the fun part!

🦠Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the County Clare Hunt will be unable to hold our annual Charity Ride in aid of Clare Su***de Bereavement Support Group this year.

🙏This year we ask you to support our deserving Charity by donating to our GoFundMe, where all funds raised will go directly to this great cause.

👍Every donation will help to support local people in Clare who have been bereaved by su***de.

⭐️Star Sports together with the Gingearmy have kindly provided their digital 40-page Aintree Festival Guide, which will be made available to those who donate.

🧲With a stellar panel featuring Derek O’Connor who is making his debut ride in the Grand National & seeks to become the first amateur to ride the winner since 1990, ITV’s Mick Fitzgerald, Carl Lewellyn, Sam Twiston-Davies, Nina Carberry, Nigel Twiston-Davies, John Francome & many more, this Aintree Review is a must every horse racing lover.

🏇🏽Not being able to hold our popular Point to Point meeting at Quakerstown Point to Point on Easter Sunday was hugely disappointing for us, however we look forward to watching great racing in Aintree and wish Derek a very safe & successful festival.

🙏Thank you for your continued support.
