The Haven Hub Ennis is looking for compassionate volunteers to join our community.

We are currently seeking people who can give 1–2 Saturdays per month, from 8pm–1am, to support our work. If you have a few hours to spare and want to make a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you.

As a volunteer, you will receive:

💛 Su***de Prevention Training
💛 Ongoing support and guidance
💛 The opportunity to be part of a caring, supportive team

The Ennis Yoga Studio WON GOLD 🥇

Overall winners in Health / Wellness Category and I am SO SO SO PROUD….

The thing is you can’t WIN at 🥇 yoga . Or lose .

But the award symbolises something else .. to me it symbolises the 18 years I have given to running a heart centred business here in the very heart ❤️ of Ennis Town …. 18 years of dedication to YOGA , mindfulness and .. 18 years of growing and raising the yoga community in Ennis …. Building foundations of friendship , community and support in a deep and meaningful way that has SUSTAINED almost 2 decades , weathering the many seasons of life …. I started the first studio when I was single … myself and my students and friends have grown up alongside each other .. we’ve watched each other move through marriage,have children , experience loss , separations , deep bonds have been formed and maintained all through our shared love of yoga 🧘 and our community

The community is now bigger than me and the studio …

it’s ALL of us .. the amazing teachers (past and present) who have shared in the studios …. The teachers who work together to create a safe space and teach with integrity to the best of their abilities day in , day out .

It’s the Haven Hub su***de prevention groups who use the studio - it’s the Free Spirit dancers …. The Vipasana meditation groups .. the KIRTAN signers .. the youth Yoga .. kids yoga…. Yoga holidays … workshops .. weekends .. retreats .. …. And IT IS THE STUDENTS it has always always been about the students…
. I’ve said it so many times but without (the now thousands of ) students who have come my way
There would be no studio !

To all the pals old and new who voted …. The other businesses that jumped in to support and push me forwards in this ( especially my neighbours ) my fellow contender ) ….

I’m so excited to be heading home to Ennis this weekend 🤍

This Somatic Breathwork Journey is for anyone who’s feeling a bit overwhelmed, disconnected, or just needing space to breathe and reset.

It’s a conscious connected breathwork practice where you’ll wear a headset and be guided by soul-moving music 🎧
The music supports the breath and helps energy move through your body in a really powerful way.

You don’t need any experience at all. You just come, lie down, and breathe.
People often leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

If you’ve been holding a lot, thinking a lot, or feeling like you’re constantly “on”… this is a chance to pause and come back into your body.
