Don't forget to fill out the consent form and send in the money (if you haven't already!).

Last chance to register your child or teenager for our last block of Namaste Youth Yoga classes of this year.

We start this Saturday, November 11th for 6 consecutive Saturdays.

Class dates are November 11th, 18th, 25th and December 2nd, 9th and 16th.

Yoga classes commencing this coming Saturday with Namaste Youth Yoga. At our Easter Camp, some of the children recognised her from the videos for Clare Sports Partnership which were run as part of our Active Schools programme back in January. ☀️

Last chance to book your child or teenager in for our last block of yoga classes before our summer break.
Block of 6 Saturday classes starts this Saturday April 22nd.
Our 1pm class is now Fully Booked but there a places available in all other age groups.
Yoga is wonderful fun and very relaxing for our youngest participants.
Our 5pm teen class is extremely beneficial to all teenagers especially those who will be sitting their Junior and Leaving Certificate exams this June as yoga is fabulously stress reducing.

We were delighted to be joined by Zara from Namaste Youth Yoga for our Easter Camp last week. Zara specialises in youth yoga and her sessions were thoroughly enjoyed by the children. Our aim was to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for our camp and Zara helped us to achieve just that. Thank you Zara🙏🏻
