Look at these girls 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 From the first training session in Lees road in 2017 to starting for the Womens Munster team for the interpros 2021 🎉 We are bursting with excitement for ye! Also massive congrats to Alana for making the panel 👏🏻 Ye are a true example of hard work and never giving up on dreams… Tune into TG4 tomorrow at 5 as Munster take on Ulster! Best of luck 💕

Come along and enjoy 4 weeks of circuit training, rugby skills, nutrition support and 4 weeks strength and conditioning programmes!
Join us to learn a new sport and make some friends along the way 🥳

This programme is for beginners or anybody returning to women’s rugby.

Registration is €20 but redeemable on membership for the new season 👍🏻
