The club is reopening on Monday 31st August and is enrolling new members for the beginners class 8-10 year olds. Training will be 3 nights a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7.00-8.00 .

Today we went to Lurgan to compete at the semifinals in the Ulster Novice Championships
First up was Danielius who won by way of a unanimous decision taking him to the finals tomorrow. Second up was Ultan who unfortunately lost out to a good lad from Camlough

Busy weekend at the Ulster Novice Championships held over 3 days in Gilford. Ultan received a bye over to next weekend to the semifinals.
Tommie gained valuable experience his contest unfortunately he came up short on the Judges cards.
James had a massive weekend contesting Friday in the quater finals winning with a Unanimous decision.
Saturday James was up again in his semi-final and again impressed all the Judges to get the win with a Unanimous decision.
Sunday James put in a great effort and came home with Silver . All the lads have gained valuable lessons at what is just the beginning of their Boxing experience.
I'd like to than the boxers for the hard work, their parents for the support, coaches for the time and effort and also all the Referee Judges and officials that help make weekends like these happen.
