Thank you to all who attended the GS workshop last weekend at Boru Kettlebell Club, and to Steve Killeen and Maggie Duff for helping to organise and run the show. Special mention to Kimberly Fox for taking time out from her holiday to join us and share a lot of very valuable tips with our lifters, we really appreciate it!
