U12 TEAMS PLAYING WELL
- two of our U12 team’s enjoyed a super Tuesday evening with two very encouraging performances which resulted in two victories on a lovely night for football
- the Div 1 team enjoyed an away win against Tramore and our Div 4 team had a home win over The Nire.
- well done to both teams, credit to all our coaches for their ongoing commitment to the boys, and thanks to the parents and families of the players for their support as always 🟢🟡🏐

The first competitive game on our new pitch in Ballymabin took place this evening, and what a way to mark the occasion with a fantastic win for our U12 Division 4 team against The Nire.

Congratulations to all the players on a great performance. A special word of thanks and recognition to everyone who played a part in making the new pitch a reality, particularly those who supported the fundraising efforts. Huge credit also goes to the club committee for their dedication and hard work throughout the project.

It was especially fitting that the first players to take to the field were a talented group of young stars from our own community. We hope this is the beginning of many memorable occasions on the new pitch in the village.

And a shout out to our groundsman on having the pitch in great shape for the first game.

Our 2nd Annual Golf Classic takes place on July 31st in Faithlegg.

CONDOLENCES
The club would like to extend our deepest condolences to both the Power and Maher families following the sad passing of Patrick Power, formerly of Ballymacaw and Tony Maher, from Kilmacleague, Dunmore East.
The Powers and the Mahers are two families synonymous with Gaultier and as a mark of respect for both men and their families the flags at Gaultier are at half mast and there will be a minutes silence before tonight’s league final also.
