It’s hard to capture 15 years of shared history — the work, the laughter, the motivation, and the people who became so much more than clients.

With a full heart, we want to let you know that our gym will remain open only until the end of this year.
After fifteen incredible years of building a place we were truly proud of — a place that came alive because of YOU — the time has come to close this chapter.

These years were special.
For us — priceless.

Farewell Mark

It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to Mark – our colleague, teammate, and a valued member of our gym community.
He was a warm, kind, and generous soul who touched the lives of many. His passing leaves a space that cannot be filled.

In this difficult time, our hearts go out especially to his family. We grieve with you and hold you close in our thoughts.

Mark will always remain a part of who we are. We’re grateful for the time we shared with him, however brief.

Rest in peace, Mark.

Introducing BootySpin — our new class that combines 20 minutes of high-energy spin 🚴‍♀️ with 30 minutes of targeted glute and leg work 🍑🔥

We’re talking banded squats, glute bridges, donkey kicks, and more moves that’ll have your glutes burning (in the best way).

This class will run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7-8am.

As it is a new class there is a 50% discount for the first class (only €6 !) 💪🏼
