Last day of Summer Camp yesterday! Hosted by
We want to thank the coaches for all their haird work and dedication over the 3 days. This camp was a huge success and in conjunction with we hope to hold many more of these events.
Thanks alot to the coaches and volunteers who helped the camp go smoothly
Kids and coaches got well earned pizza yesterday as a surprise!
The kids are looking forward to race day in September for our Juinor Triathlon 😃

A big thanks to the lifeguards at Clonea beach too and to the owners of the use of the green space by the beach!

💥This Friday fingers crossed we hope to hold our try-a-tri event. We welcome our youths aged 15 by the end of the year to join us. And if you’re new to tri or you’ve been away for a while this is the event for you so pls join us. TI membership required. No fees.💥

🕖Starts at 7pm from Clonea Beach.
📝Registration at 6.30-6.45pm. Please be on time so we can start on time.

Depending on sea conditions we hope to offer a choice of a 250m or a 500m swim.

Transition will be in Caseys camping grounds where you’ll collect your bike and cycle out towards the roundabout by the railway cottage and turn right onto the Coast Road.

There will be a marshalled turnaround at the Garranbane turn-off on the left just before the Castle End turn off.
Once you’ve completed the 8.5K you’ll come back to transition get rid of your bike and run up towards the railway cottage again where you’ll find a marshalled turn around back to the start making it a 3.5K run. We look forward to welcoming all members. Whilst this is a try-a-tri - it is also a members training session so go hard and fast and have a bit of fun.

Join us for three action-packed days of fun, fitness, and friendship this August 💪☀️

📍 Ballinclamper Car Park, Ballinacourty, Dungarvan
📆 Tues 12th – Thurs 14th August
🕙 10am – 2pm daily
💶 Only €35!

Kids will swim, bike, and run in a safe, supportive environment — perfect for ages 6–17. No experience needed!
