🏊♀️🚴♂️🏃♀️ WHAT A WEEKEND! 🏃♂️🚴♀️🏊♂️
It was the biggest weekend of the year for Tried & Tested as we hosted the Trihub Dungarvan Triathlon Olympic & Sprint races on Saturday, followed by the Trihub Kidathlon & Youth Series on Sunday.
Clonea Beach was buzzing from Friday as our volunteers transformed the area into race village. By Saturday morning the racks were ready, buoys were out and the sea was like a millpond — perfect conditions! ☀️🌊
Before racing began, we took a moment to remember former club member and dear friend Jason Travers, a hugely popular figure throughout the multisport community. ❤️
Then it was GO! 💥

Just 24 hours later it was time for our younger athletes! With sea conditions worsening, Sunday’s Kidathlon switched to a run-bike-run duathlon — and the kids didn’t miss a beat. 💪
A huge congratulations to everyone who took part, especially those trying multisport for the first time, and to T&T’s William McNally who took 1st overall in the 15–17 category! 🥇👏
