Dunfanaghy progress to Round 3 of the Peter O’Hara after a hard-fought battle against Castlerock!

Wins from Ultan McGroarty and Ryan Quinn, along with valuable half matches from Rowan McGroarty and Cormac Gill, meant the tie finished level and had to be decided by a playoff in Castlerock.

Despite narrow defeats for Scott Gallagher and Danny McColgan, the team showed great determination throughout a closely contested match.

The decisive moment came on the first playoff hole when Ultan McGroarty rolled in a superb birdie to seal the victory and send Dunfanaghy through to the next round.

A fantastic team effort and a brilliant way to get the job done. Well done, lads! 👏⛳️

🏆EMPHATIC VICTORY FOR DUNFANAGHY in Donegal Senior scratch 🏆

Dunfanaghy secured an impressive victory with the first point on the board arriving early thanks to the ever-reliable "Ohhh Ahhhh" McGrath.
Further wins from Evan Hogg, James Sweeney, and Daniel McColgan put Dunfanaghy firmly in control, while Darcy Hogg contributed a valuable half match to seal the result.
A fantastic team performance all round as Dunfanaghy progressed in style.

Dunfanaghy exit AIG Intermediate Foursomes

Dunfanaghy lost to a strong Malone team in the Intermediate Foursomes yesterday. The matches were all played in a very sporting manner and we wish Malone good luck in the next round against Fintona. Thanks to all on the panel and to all our supporters.
