The BSAC Ireland Regional Coaching Team would like to thank Gerard Hughes for his all his voluntary time and work for our region as regional coach. 🙏

It is now time for Gerard to step down as regional coach having offered club support and training during the uncertainty of the Covid pandemic and during the return to our incredible sport 🤿. He has been an example of a coach who has listened to concerns of our members and offered the best support possible in very difficult times while showing his enthusiasm for diving at instructor training events and skill development courses run by the region.

He’s still been roped to stay on the regional coaching team like many a retired regional coach 🤣 but today we thank him for his effort and dedication to our region.

We have received the required insurance. Portroe will be open, 2019/2020.
