A massive congratulations to Warrior players Sonya McEneaney, Lorna Hoey and Zsófia Bartl who have been selected to represent Ireland at the upcoming women's development cup in Kuwait in November. These ladies are no strangers to representing their countries and will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the squad. We would like to wish them and their national team mates the very best of luck 🍀🇮🇪

No court, no problem! Our training facility wasn't available this evening so some of our players met for a fitness session.
We think this should become a regular thing, eh lads?! 🤔 💪

The Warriors returned to Portadown today for the start of the 2021 Inline Hockey Ireland League 1 season, after previously winning the playoffs of league 2 in 2019.

Our first game was against the Armagh Stars who no strangers to league 1 level hockey. An experienced and well knitted side gave us a wake up call. Game ending 6 - 1 to the stars.

Next up the Warriors took on Ballymena Vandals the 2019 league 2 winners.
Both teams were well matched through out the first period but Warriors took the lead and didn't stop!

Final score 5 - 2 warriors.

After a long injury on his knee, Romualdas, who played with the Warriors for many years, both Inline and Ice, is making great progress! Pictured below on the ice in Lithuania recently. We hope to see Romualdas back again with us someday soon and we wish you a full and complete recovery! 💪🏒🥅
